COVID-19 Safety Policies

The health and safety of our attendees, including exhibitors, industry partners, staff, and guests, is our highest priority. ERAS USA is currently working with The Roosevelt New Orleans to ensure the 2021 Annual Congress complies with all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended safety guidelines as well as federal, state, and city of New Orleans guidelines.

Effective August 16, 2021: The city of New Orleans announced a new local health ordinance that mandates masks be worn for indoor events. In addition, New Orleans is requiring vaccine verification or a negative PCR test within 72 hours to access various facilities, including indoor meeting space. Please carefully review the NOLA Ready website for city-specific details.

In addition, ERAS USA will have reduced contact registration, masks will be provided for any Congress participant who needs one, sanitation stations will be available throughout the meeting space, and reduced contact arrangements will be made for meals and receptions. ERAS USA will continue to monitor the CDC website as well as state and local guidelines, and encourages our members and attendees to do so as well.

Your personal commitment to adhering to all safety policies is imperative to the health and wellbeing of others attending the ERAS USA 4th Annual Congress. Please be sure to follow the below guidelines:
